Description

Additional features:

The EasyRet 577 nm yellow photocoagulator is a fully integrated, breakthrough fiber laser. Available with Haag Streit and Zeiss slit lamps, it offers a wide range of treatment settings tailored to the treatment of macular and peripheral retinal pathologies.

Yellow laser (577 nm wavelength):
– excellent combined absorption of melanin and oxyhemoglobin (peak oxyhemoglobin absorption);
– low absorption of macular xanthophyll pigments;
– excellent penetration through cataracts and darkened environments

MultiSpot mode (multiple spots):
– use of short pulses from 10 to 20 msec;
– less heat diffusion across the retina and vascular defenses, less damage to the retinal nerve fiber layer;
– comfortable treatment, better tolerated by patients;
— reduction of treatment duration (full PFS in 1 session);
— MultiSpot treatment mode can be performed using 5 templates, adjustable by the user, for better adaptation to the treatment site;
— single point: squares, circles, triple arcs, macular grid.

MicroPulse mode (micropulses):
By delivering a series of extremely short microsecond pulses, the subthreshold treatment mode (invisible laser effect) is a gentle treatment mode that prevents scarring in the treatment of diabetic macular edema and central serous chorioretinopathy.
MicroPulse treatments can be performed using 3 templates, adjustable by the user, for better adaptation to the treatment site.
